Running a food blog takes time, energy, and resources, and to keep it sustainable, we participate in affiliate programs and accept sponsorships. This policy explains exactly how that works.
1. Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. ✱
This exact wording is required by § 5 of the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement and must appear “clearly and prominently” on any page that contains Amazon affiliate links.✱
2. Other Affiliate Programmes
The Website also participates in additional affiliate networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact, Skimlinks). When you click a tracked link and purchase a product or service, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. These commissions help fund recipe testing, photography, hosting, and our family’s grocery bill.
2.1 How We Disclose Affiliate Links

Occasionally we create paid recipes or reviews for brands we trust. Sponsored work is always marked “Sponsored” at the very top of the article, before any outbound link, and in social captions (#ad). Opinions remain 100 % our own.
4. Product Samples & Reviews
If we receive free products, we only feature them when genuinely useful. Receipt of product will be disclosed (“Gifted by…”) even when no payment is involved.
5. Display Advertising
Ads on this site are served through Mediavine. Targeted ads rely on cookies—see our Privacy Policy for details and opt‑out tools.
6. No Price Difference
Using an affiliate link does not change the retail price you pay. In some cases, it may unlock a discount we’ve negotiated with the merchant.
