Alexia Foods sponsored this conversation about easy weeknight dinners, like this yummy recipe for homemade cheeseburgers alongside crispy Alexia Onion Rings with Panko Breading and Sea Salt.
It seems like every year is busier than the last, especially with the kids getting older, and more and more activities getting added into the mix.
I don’t expect things to slow down anytime soon (the contrary, actually), so now’s the time to embrace treats like managing to get to bed a half-hour earlier than normal (me, not the kids), a long hot shower in the evening, and easy weeknight meals!
Homemade Cheeseburgers with Crispy Onion Rings
Cheeseburgers are a big winner in our house. I generally make them with ground beef, but we’re not picky. Turkey burgers, pork burgers, or even chicken burgers, would be a-okay over here.
And a cheeseburger isn’t complete without something salty and crispy on the side. Like onion rings. WITH SEA SALT.
Alexia Onion Rings with Panko Breading and Sea Salt are super easy to prepare. As in, lay the onion rings in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake them for less than 20 minutes, with one flip right in the middle. Crispy and delicious!
Alexia Onion Rings with Panko Breading and Sea Salt are a truly inventive combination of sweet Spanish onions with a delicate all-natural Japanese style breading, giving these rings a light, crispy texture bursting with flavor.
On a busy weeknight, there’s nothing I love more than being able to get a tasty dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes! Homemade cheeseburgers and Alexia onion rings, FTW!
